We manufacture and supply grinding machines for skis and snowboards. The light and portable design of the machine allows for easy transportation by car. Low weight, light current control, easy belt replacement, emulsion cooling with recirculation built-in pump, suitable for every ski resort or ski service. It also makes it possible to handle demanding repairs of slides. With a grinding machine, you can level slides and sharpen the lower edges of skis and snowboards. When using the tool that is part of each machine, you can perform side grinding at any angle of 87° - 90° (according to your settings) and edge grinding of 0.5° (tuning). When replacing the sanding belt with a polishing belt, polish the slide after waxing.

Hello Mr. Šperko, I am sending you a few sentences about your experience with your sander. We've had the grinder for a little over a year, now we're starting the second season on it. We bought approx. 20 liters of emulsion, it needs quite a bit, the can is not running out. The sander is cleverly designed, nothing is unnecessary or extra, the control is fast, as is the sanding itself (mostly it is enough to stretch each edge twice and the result is perfect). As test skis, we used our old rental skis for the first grinding. As Mr. Šperka said at the training: "The most important thing is to learn to move smoothly with the ski on the grinder". After about 10 pairs of skis I got the hang of it and was satisfied. Switching off the machine seemed a bit impractical. As for the belts, their installation in the machine is quick. The lever controlling the cylinder tilt has a nice stiff action and is easy to handle. We were a little worried about the life of the sanding belt - but we were pleasantly surprised. We sharpened approx. 50 pairs of skis and 1 snowboard on the 200 belt, and the belt is still usable. The rubber roller that holds the belt is without signs of damage after the first season of use. The polishing belt holds perfectly and polishes quickly (max. 10 seconds 1 ski). I would recommend the sander to anyone who wants to do quality and fast service for little money. The payback in our small center is about 3-4 seasons, which is acceptable considering the life of the machine.
