A ski modified in this way is suitable for training or racing without long preparations and lubrication, and you can use it both on new powder and on frozen tracks. The skis are equipped with an integrated NIS pad, on which only NNN NIS compatible bindings can be slipped. The advantage of the pad is the ability to simply move the tip of the binding relative to the center of gravity of the ski, three positions forward or three positions backward.
