Thanks to its low weight and high stiffness, the binding is ideal for both ascents and descents. The simple yet effective PinTech clamping technology enables a very light weight binding construction and also adds unrivaled stiffness, so valued when tackling challenging downhills. The binding has an adjustable release force that is constant in any situation and in any condition, and can be adjusted using standard test equipment. During the development of the binding, attention was paid to even the smallest details. Handling the switching between Ski and Walk modes and supports when climbing is very easy and will not spoil your stay in nature. It is very easy to add climbing irons, crampons or, if you want, horsehairs to the binding. Compared to other PinTech bindings, the Alpinist binding is safer and transfers energy better.
