The best way to restore the adhesive layer - we achieve 100% effectiveness of the original Hotmelt adhesive. Doable in a home or service environment.

We recommend applying the glue to the cleaned surface of the fabric (after removing the bad glue with a hot air gun + spatula or an old iron).

It is better to use a wooden board wider and longer than the belt, attach the belt to the board, cover it with paper and clean it.

We replace the paper, stick the foil on the cleaned fabric like adhesive tape and iron for a reasonably long time with a clean iron - "LEN" temperature approx. 250°C.

Transfer paper may turn slightly brown.

Let the strips cool thoroughly - (depending on the ambient temperature) before removing the transfer paper.

Due to the need for tools and electricity energy, we recommend carrying out this renovation at home or in a ski. service.

We recommend using the adhesive only on colltex / Contour products.
