Light and versatile ski mountaineering skis ATOMIC Backland 80 PT are the ideal companion for ski touring for beginners to advanced skiers. They are suitable for climbing especially on slopes. They have excellent technical properties and a stylish design. The wooden core Ultra light Woodcore is made of very light exotic wood, which helps to achieve a low weight of the skis and a better transfer of forces during rebound and slide. The light carbon construction Carbon Backbone, which runs along the entire length of the ski, provides excellent controllability of the skis and high stability of holding the edges during the descent. Fiberglass technology guarantees perfect torsional stiffness, which provides higher ski stability. The All Mountain Rocker profile, together with the horizontal rocker technology, helps to go through the arc more smoothly. Thanks to the smaller deflection of the tip, the skis can easily cope with fresh untrodden snow and uneven terrain. The sidewall under the Cap Sidewall binding enables better power transfer and better contact with the snow.
