The universal skis ATOMIC Backland 95 are created for ski touring in all mountain terrains and represent a ski that achieves the perfect balance between efficiency when climbing the hill thanks to its low weight and a wide center of the ski under the binding. which allows you to navigate the slopes with confidence. The Backland's original design innovation significantly reduces CO2 emissions by 30% thanks to the use of locally sourced poplar wood, lower fiberglass and resin content and waste-reducing sidewalls. The resulting design, which has a lower impact on the environment, gives rise to lighter and stronger skis with better functionality. The All-Terrain Profile works with a new ratio of natural wood and fiberglass that changes the thickness curve of the ski and increases torsional stiffness, improving climbing and optimizing descents on harder snow surfaces. HRZN 3D technology – a new generation following on from the original HRZN technology – is characterized by a unique slanted three-dimensional tip, which further improves the lift in powder and the controllability of the ski in variable snow conditions.
